Outpatient Care Unit (Ambulatory Surgery)
The Outpatient Care Unit (Ambulatory Surgery) is a multi-functional unit. We care for all types of patients that come to the hospital to have procedures performed including all types of surgery, endoscopy, and pain management.
We prep the patients for their procedures, recover the patients after they leave PACU, and discharge them home.
The Outpatient unit is staffed with Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Patient Care Technicians and a Health Unit Coordinator.
