For the patients this means you and your physician(s) are able to review your images and discuss treatment options related to your diagnosis. Often patients request a copy of their film in order to carry to another facility or to a different doctor. Here at SNH we are delighted to accommodate every patient's request by placing the images on a CD(s) to be used at the patient's discretion.
Interpreting Radiologists
SMITH Northview Hospital offers physicians and patients two different groups of interpreting radiologists: Radiology Associate of Valdosta (RAV) and South Georgia Radiology Consultants, P.C. Each study is reviewed and interpreted by radiologists, who are on site or on call 24 hours a day for consultation and reporting.
